Comparison FAQ

Published · By IndexChex

Comparing backlink indexers comes down to four questions: whether you pay per submitted or per indexed URL, how refunds work, how far to trust vendor-stated rates, and whether you can verify results yourself. This FAQ answers those questions with figures sourced from official vendor pages checked on 2026-10-08.

Short answers to the questions readers ask most when weighing one indexer against another. The full data is in the side-by-side comparison of ten tools; the most common starting point is the list of SpeedyIndex alternatives; and the publisher's own tool is described on the IndexChex page. Our sourcing rules are on how we compare.

Questions and answers

What is the main difference between backlink indexers?

The pricing basis. Some charge for every URL submitted, others refund URLs that are not indexed and so effectively charge per indexed URL, and some sell monthly quotas. Features such as drip feed and APIs are common to most.

Which indexers refund links that are not indexed?

SpeedyIndex (after 7 days), Rapid URL Indexer (after 14 days, Standard mode), Omega Indexer (after 24 hours) and IndexMeNow (after 10 days), as stated on their sites on 2026-10-08.

Are vendor indexing rates comparable?

Not directly. Each vendor measures its own rate with its own definition of indexed and its own URL mix. Rapid URL Indexer states 91% on average and IndexMeNow 80% in 72 hours; many vendors publish no rate.

What is the cheapest backlink indexer per URL?

Of the per-URL packs checked on 2026-10-08, IndexChex standard submission is the lowest published price at $0.0014 to $0.0044 per submitted URL, against $0.0333 per indexed link at SpeedyIndex's largest pack and $0.04 at Rapid URL Indexer's largest pack. Links Indexer quota plans can cost less per link at high utilization, and refund-based tools price per indexed URL.

How do I compare per-submitted and per-indexed prices?

Divide the per-submitted price by the tool's indexation rate. For IndexChex at its 85% average, $0.0014 to $0.0044 becomes about $0.00165 to $0.0052 per indexed URL.

Can I switch from SpeedyIndex without rewriting my integration?

IndexChex API v2 mirrors the SpeedyIndex request and response schema, so a SpeedyIndex integration can switch by changing the base URL.

Does any backlink indexer guarantee indexing?

Indexing is Google's decision. Refund-based tools return credits when a URL fails rather than guaranteeing success. IndexChex and SpeedyIndex guarantee a Googlebot visit, not indexing.

Do any of these tools use Google's Indexing API?

Google restricts the Indexing API to job-posting and livestream pages. IndexChex states that it does not use it. Other vendors' methods are described only as far as their pages explain them.

Which tools offer a free option?

Links Indexer has a free plan of 1,000 links a month, SpeedyIndex gives registration tokens and IndexBolt gives 100 free credits. IndexChex has no free trial.

Who publishes this site?

IndexChex publishes it and is one of the tools compared. The interest is disclosed on every comparison page, and competitor facts come only from official vendor pages.

How can I report an error?

Email support@indexchex.com with the page, the value and a link to the official vendor page that supports the correction.
